The Enagás Emprende training center recently hosted a training and recognition event for employees who participated in the fifth edition of the Ingenia Energy Challenge. Regardless of the outcomes of their proposals, all teams had the opportunity to attend a session on “Innovation and Creativity” led by Xavier Marcet, a renowned expert in organizational strategy and transformation with over fifteen years of experience.
The session was opened by Jesús Saldaña, General Director of Business Development and Invested Companies at Enagás, who highlighted the importance of such events in strengthening innovation capabilities within the company.
